The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide hands‑on technical assistance to end users while supporting our expanding network infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems, configuring workstations and laptops, onboarding new employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop applications, network printers, and cabling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work independently.

Some in‑state travel is required.

• Preconfigure end user laptops and workstations
• Install/troubleshoot network printers
• Interact with vendor technical support
• Must be self‑motivated and capable of working independently
• Maintain regular, reliable and punctual attendance at the worksite for the duration of scheduled shifts, including mandatory overtime
• Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, rules and standards
• Maintain professional, cooperative, respectful and ethical conduct when interacting with coworkers, customers, vendors and the public
• Meet established productivity, quality, accuracy and performance standards while completing assigned work in a timely manner
• Effectively and consistently support the company mission, vision and values
• Responsible for all other duties, procedures and instructions as required by the job function, or as assigned, to meet organizational needs

• Degree or certifications or experience shall be considered
• 3-5 years’ experience as a technical support specialist

This position primarily operates in a professional office setting. This role may occasionally travel for business purposes.

• Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to operate office equipment
• Work Schedule:
  • The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
    
    -5:00 p.m. with occasional evening or weekend work as needed to meet deadlines or attend events
  • Work schedules may vary based on position/department
  • Travel: up to 10%
