Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external vendors or customers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean).
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including budget and timeline management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems.
