Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee final product inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage and train finishing team members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Schedule and prioritize finishing operations to meet production deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of finished goods, defects, and production output.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, powder coating, plating).
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of production personnel.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection techniques relevant to finishing.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address production issues and improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices within a manufacturing environment.
