Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Plan and assign daily work tasks to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Monitor production output and identify areas for process improvement or efficiency gains.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production flow.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment within the assembly area.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of production assemblers to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and resolving production issues efficiently.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of the organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
