Walker, MI.

Pay: $18-20/hour.

Schedules: 1st and 2nd Shift.

No experience? No problem. Advantage Technical is hiring Assemblers for a major production project with a well‑respected defense contractor in Walker, MI - and they're ready to train the right people from the ground up.

If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in precision manufacturing, this is your entry point.

• Assemble wire harnesses and electronic subassemblies following military‑grade standards and detailed work instructions.
• Operate equipment including crimp presses, sonic welders, and wire strippers.
• Route, wire, and assemble components using wire layout boards.
• Perform in‑process and final visual/dimensional inspections.
• Prep, clean, pot, seal, mark, and install electrical hardware using hand and power tools.
• Support engineering on new product introductions and first articles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• No experience or education required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
• Reliability and attention to detail.

• Competitive weekly pay ($18–$20/hr) + weekly direct deposit.
