Continuous Improvement Leader | Walker, MI
Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Walker seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
- Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization and waste reduction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop Continuous Improvement practitioners.
- Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
