Salary Range: $50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet output targets.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations to minimize downtime.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production efficiency and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to optimize production processes and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and production planning tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Prior experience training and mentoring junior production staff
