Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency of automated assembly lines, provide support to shift operations as requested by the shift leader/production manager, and develop long‑term predictive/preventative maintenance plans for all assembly equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Logically troubleshoot and repair assembly lines and related equipment.
- Assist shift lead in maintaining quality of finished product through proper machine operation.
- Maintain spare parts inventory with a proper cataloging of parts.
- Provide a timely notification to shift lead of maintenance issues and downtime.
- Review line history and documentation to enhance line efficiencies. Follow escalation plan to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and update all equipment log books with accurate repair/adjustment information.
- Interface daily with shift leader and technician at shift change.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
- Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
- High School or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in related industry.
Skills and Abilities
- Education:
2‑year technical degree. - Background in medical devices/pharmaceutical would be a plus.
- Knowledge of quality systems requirements, FDA Quality System Regulation, cGMP and ISO 9002.
- None.
- Medium‑exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kg of force constantly to move objects.
Shift 2 and 4 - 5:45pm-6:00am
Hourly SalaryBetween $28 to $32 + $1/hr night shift premium + Benefits
