Work on the assembly line as part of a team;
Pull and spool wire and read blueprints;
Determine part placement within panels;
Use hand tools, air power tools, and torque wrenches for assembly tasks;
Screw in nuts and bolts, strip wires, and assemble power boxes;
Aim to assemble 64 panels per day after training
