Join Hood Container Corporation, a growing leader in the corrugated packaging industry. We are looking for skilled and motivated corrugated professionals who have experience working in a corrugated packaging facility.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Set up and operate either Rotary Die Cutter or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
• Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
• Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

• At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
• Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
• Strong quality mindset, ensuring quality expectations are met and waste is minimized.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
