  Allendale, MI
• Full-Time: 2nd Shift
• Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Shifts:
  
  8 hour shifts

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Active RN or LPN license (Michigan)
• Experience in any clinical setting welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, dependable, and resident-focused mindset

• More consistent schedules compared to PRN or home care
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents

• Sign-On Bonus:

    Up to $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)

    Up to $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time) (paid in installments)
