Position Details
- Location:
Allendale, MI - Full‑Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
- Part‑Time: 1st (weekends only) & 2nd Shift
- Shifts:
8 hour shifts
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Active RN or LPN license (Michigan)
- Experience in any clinical setting welcomed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, dependable, and resident‑focused mindset
- Sign‑On Bonus:
- RN: $5,000 (Full‑Time), $2,500 (Part‑Time)
- LPN: $4,000 (Full‑Time), $2,000 (Part‑Time) – paid in installments
