Walker-Standale Family Medicine practice, Livonia, Michigan.

Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays.

• Graduate of an approved accredited LPN program.
• Current Practical Nurse license in the State of Michigan, in good standing.
• BLS/CPR Certified through American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsible for the successful functioning of the nursing support staff in the ambulatory/physician's office. Assists the Site Manager with ensuring office activities are consistent with corporate goals and objectives. Promotes a team approach to health care. Responsible for patient flow, nursing procedures, triage and protocols. Performs duties as delegated within the scope of education and validated competencies. Performs clerical functions and environmental duties to support team objectives.

• Room set up, patient preparation and taking vitals.
• Triage, provide nursing consultation, perform follow-up and care coordination.
• Draw blood and give injections and immunizations.
• Perform office tests.
• Administrative duties.
