Oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries.;
Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.;
Process customer orders quickly and accurately over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts picking and staging for delivery.;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.;
Assist at front and retail counters as needed and support backroom duties such as returns and stock.
