As a Residential HVAC Salesperson, you'll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and close sales. This role combines sales expertise, relationship-building, and HVAC knowledge.

• Conduct in-home consultations and assess HVAC needs
• Recommend and design heating and cooling system solutions
• Present proposals, pricing, and financing options
• Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals
  
  Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

• Previous HVAC sales experience (Required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to earn homeowners' trust and confidence

• $80,000–$110,000+ annually, based on experience
