We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC & Restaurant Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems - including restaurant refrigeration and cooking equipment - ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation for our customers. You'll also have the chance to install new systems, lead small projects, and provide professional recommendations that make a difference for our clients.

Pay: $26.00 - 42.00 hourly, depending on experience
What You'll Do:- Troubleshoot and repair commercial and restaurant HVAC/refrigeration systems
- Accurately diagnose issues and communicate repair or replacement recommendations
- Perform equipment installations and replacements
- Review and interpret wiring diagrams and system schematics
- Ensure work meets company and local code standards
- Document service findings, repairs, and parts used
- Collaborate with team members and mentor apprentices as needed
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or restaurant environments
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and refrigeration cycles
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights, and maneuver in tight spaces
