Commercial Plumbing Construction Foreman

Vander Hyde Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Construction Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. This leadership role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor commercial plumbers and apprentices
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule work to maximize efficiency and project success
  • Ensure compliance with state plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards
  • Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues
  • Manage inventory, job site resources, materials and tools
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and productivity
Qualifications
  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and code requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
