Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician II (EPA) to assist with the oversight of physical assets and ensure resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances, supporting make-readies and preventive maintenance.
The role requires two years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type I certification, and the ability to work with basic tools. On-site work with potential on-call duties and overtime.
