Responsibilities

Drive semis and stake trucks with a variety of trailer types
Load, transport, and unload industrial machinery safely, efficiently, and within the provided scope of work
Assist Foremen and Apprentices with industrial machine repair activities and other general labor duties when not driving/operating as needed
Confidently operate a variety of industrial equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, cranes, and other associated equipment

Requirements:

1+ years of tractor-trailer operation experience
Valid CDL-A endorsement with air brakes and DOT medical card
Experience in or willingness to learn rigging
Ability to load, transport, and unload machinery and equipment
Industrial machine maintenance/repair experience is preferred but not required
Experience hauling oversize is beneficial but not required
High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to ascend/descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and/or operate scissor/boom lifts while working at height.
Work in permit & non-permit required confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
Must be able to respond quickly to auditory alarms, visual signals, or other effective means to communicate hazards
Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
Must be able to work in cold/hot environments.
Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
