Join the local operations team at our Walker, MI facility. This is a permanent, Full time, direct-hire position offering some benefits starting on Day 1.

We are seeking a reliable team member to handle inventory, pick orders, and prepare shipments in a safe, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pick customer orders accurately using picking lists

Pack and label shipments according to company standards

Load and unload delivery trucks safely using equipment

Verify incoming inventory amounts against packing slips

Organize warehouse shelves to maintain a clean workspace

Follow all established facility safety guidelines daily

• High School diploma/GED or at least one year of equivalent work experience
• Work experience in at least two areas in the warehouse
• Works autonomously and collaboratively in a fast past environment while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude
• Stands for prolonged periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Performs repetitive motion work including hands, arms, and wrists 100% of the time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to walk throughout a large facility with or without reasonable accommodation
• Tolerates odors, fumes and airborne particles from machines and chemicals with or without reasonable accommodations
• Tolerates various levels of heat with or without reasonable accommodations
• Tolerates moderate to loud noise levels with or without reasonable accommodations
• Outstanding, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
• Ability to work overtime and weekends based on business needs
