Office Assistant 3 (OA3) – Community Corrections Division
Location:
Walla Walla, WA (401 West Main Street, Walla Walla, WA 99362)
Salary Range: $3,849.00 to $5,124.00 per month.
Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Provide office assistant services to the Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS) and Community Corrections Officers (CCOs).
- Assist staff with paperwork, reports, schedules and other day‑to‑day clerical work.
- Greet and assist public, visitors and clients, and refer to appropriate staff.
- Manage a multi‑line phone system.
- Enter and retrieve data from databases such as OMNI and OnBase.
- Maintain electronic and physical files.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare meeting agendas, schedule appointments, purchase supplies, and manage building issues.
- Perform other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months of clerical experience, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Unrestricted driver’s license valid in Washington State.
