Duties
* Maintains accountability for property using Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and hand receipts.
* Conducts reconciliations with the Supply Support Activity (SSA) to validate the document register.
* Reviews requirements to ensure requested equipment is authorized on the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA).
* Executes requests for lateral transfers received from the Property Book Officer.
* Monitors the requisition, storage, and distribution of supplies and property book items.
* Manages the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, including reconciling monthly statements.
* Utilizes various software and hardware (word processing, databases, email, scanners) to accomplish tasks.
* Coordinates with the contracting office to develop alternative sources of supply.
* Answers telephone calls and receives visitors, supplying general information as authorized. Requirements Conditions of employment
* Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
* TDY Travel required 15% of the time.
* Positions requires heavy lifting up to 45 lbs.
* Position requires a valid US driver licenses.
* Incumbent must be able to drive a government vehicle and have appropriate license to pick-up purchases.
* Incumbent must be able to work different shifts, schedules and occasional overtime.
* Incumbent is required to comply with the Standards of Conduct provisions of AR 600-50.
* May be required to perform extended work days/weeks to conform to operational mission schedules. Incumbent is subject to meet emergency situations at all times. Qualifications Who May Apply:
