This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility providing comprehensive cancer care services to the community. The radiation oncology department features a 4-bed unit with modern technology and equipment to deliver advanced radiation therapy treatments.

Job Details:

• Seeking locum provider for vacation coverage in 2026

• Coverage dates needed:
June 22-26, August 3-7, and 1 week in November (flexible dates, not Thanksgiving week)

•

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no weekends or call responsibilities

• Handle 8 patient encounters per shift

• Must be board certified with active Washington state license or IMLC

• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days

• Overtime pay after 40 hours per week

• Required expertise in External Beam Therapy using Linear Accelerator including Rapid Arc/VMAT and Electrons

• Must be proficient in Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS techniques

• Experience required with hyper altered fractionation protocols

• Treatment planning skills needed including 3D CRT, IMRT, PET CT/MRI Image Fusion, and Electronic Portal Imaging

• Must demonstrate competency in beam shaping (MLC) and conventional treatment planning

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
