About the Position
Radiation Oncology
Join Our Team as a Radiation Oncology Specialist and Make a Difference in Patient Care
Are you a dedicated radiation oncology professional looking to contribute your expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking a highly qualified Radiation Oncology provider to support our team in Walla Walla through locum coverage.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide critical patient services while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.
Required Skills:
Valid medical license and board certification in Radiation Oncology
Proven experience in delivering high-quality radiation treatments
Strong understanding of radiation therapy protocols and safety standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and adhere to treatment plans
Nice to Have
Skills:
Experience with advanced radiation therapy equipment and technologies
Prior locum or temporary assignment experience
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred
Education and Experience:
Medical degree with specialization in Radiation Oncology
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a radiation oncology setting
Current state licensure and certifications in radiation medicine
Other Requirements:
Willingness to assist with vacation coverage during specified dates in 2026
Availability for shifts during the week of June 22-26, August 3-7, and one week in November (excluding Thanksgiving week)
No weekend or call duties required during assignment
OT applies for hours exceeding 40 hours per week
Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Willingness to comply with all health and safety protocols
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
