We are seeking an experienced temporary (1 ½-2-year contract) Scheduler/Planner with 10+ years of experience to manage, analyze, and coordinate complex project schedules across contractors and stakeholders using MS Project and Primavera P6 in our upcoming Walla Walla, WA location.
** What you will be doing:
*** Monitor and follow up on overall project schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones.
* Analyze contractor schedules to identify delays, deficiencies, and potential conflicts.
* Coordinate schedules across civil works, equipment installation, and other internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and update project schedules on a bi-weekly basis.
* Develop and track two-week look-ahead schedules.
* Prepare monthly progress reports, including identification of upcoming schedule risks.
* Support the analysis of contractor proposals, including value engineering initiatives.
* Develop and manage red-line schedule analyses, including tracking and supporting change orders.
* Participate in weekly contractor and client coordination meetings.
* Utilize scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to manage and report schedule performance.

*** Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction schedule management.
* Bachlor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience working with AIA contracts and construction scheduling requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced experience with Microsoft Project required, Primavera P6 preferred.
* Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices in construction environments.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
* Proven experience with red-line schedule analysis and mitigation strategies for construction projects.
* Strong understanding of schedule development, tracking, and analysis throughout the construction lifecycle.

The hourly range for this position is $. The hourly range is based on experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
