Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8-hour day (40 hours per week)

Employment Type: Travel

Pay Rate: $1,958 weekly

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 1 year of skilled home health experience.
• An active, current state license (or reciprocity if applicable) in OR or WA.
