The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Washington Physical Therapist license upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required

• Master's degree in an accredited Physical Therapy program
• PhD in an accredited Physical Therapy program
