Position: Temp - RN - Hospice (Days) Walla Walla WA
For this Hospice RN position, Walla Walla expects an experienced RN that comes with hospice case management experience to manage a case load of 15 patients, 4-5 visits per day depending on area and acuity level of patient, complete charting same day. RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing (routine, GIP, continuous, and respite), must be willing to perform admission, SIA and death visits,must Licensed in WA and OR state nursing board, have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate), clean background check in WA and OR, drug screening, Influenza/TB/Covid vaccination records, and valid auto insurance.

Requirement description :

• 2 years of Hospice case management experience required
• Acute/Med Surg experience preferred
• BLS (AHA)
  - required for assignment
• Skills checklist - completed within 1 year
  - required
• References - 1 required, 2 preferred
