Occupational Therapist – Responsibilities

In this role, the Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

• Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy
• Upon hire:
  Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

• Master's Degree Occupational Therapy. OR
• Ph.D. Occupational Therapy.
• 1 year Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.

Sign‑on bonus of $3,000 for eligible re‑hire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) savings plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, and other voluntary benefits. Base pay range is $43.64 to $67.74 per hour, with potential for overtime, shift differentials, standby/on‑call, and other incentives.
