The Occupational Therapist will assess and treat patients requiring rehabilitation services.

• Develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and passed the NBCOT exam.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT, or actively applying for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
