The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) Home Health provides/consults care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other Home Health team members. This position assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a respiratory care plan, carries out respiratory skills, teaches pulmonary health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.
The RCP will knowledgeably implement Respiratory Therapeutic measures as recognized by Evidence Based criteria.
- Associate's Degree From accredited Respiratory program.
- Upon hire:
Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association.
- 2 years
- Previous Experience in Respiratory Home Health. - Bachelor's Degree
- From accredited Respiratory program. - Within 90 days of hire
- Provider ACLS
- American Heart Association. - Within 90 days of hire:
Provider PALS
- American Heart Association.

Pay Range: $36.56 - $56.77. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
