Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Southgate Physical Therapy at Providence Health and Services

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist provides specialized occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to pediatric patients under general supervision within a healthcare setting. The role requires appropriate licensure and certification, with a focus on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based at Providence Medical Group facilities.
The Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Washington Occupational Therapist License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
- 1 year of specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need

Pay Range$41.65 - $64.65 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
