Estimated Pay: $2170.56 - $2480.64 per week

• Evaluate and treat patients in various units, including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab
• Develop individualized care plans to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve productivity standards, even when patient schedules change
• Engage with patients diagnosed with a range of conditions such as multi‑trauma, SCI, stroke, and orthopedic issues
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as edema massage, functional splints, and kinesiotaping
• Participate in weekend rotations and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with 8–9 patients per day

• Valid WA state Occupational Therapist license at the time of application
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting
• Proficiency with Epic charting systems is preferred
• Experience in adult rehabilitation facilities and use of therapeutic equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a demanding healthcare environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to fit into a collaborative team atmosphere
