Home Health – Travel Home Health Physical Therapist

Location: Walla Walla, WA

Assignment Type: Travel (13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour days)

Pay Range: $2,613.20 – $2,743.86 per week

Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available / Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

• Deliver one‑on‑one, high‑touch care to patients in their homes as a PT
• Conduct skillful nursing visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Willingness to obtain state licensure as required
