** Compensation & Benefits**
* ** Competitive salary, $110,000 to $120,000 annually/pay per visit equivalent

** What You'll Do
*** Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
* Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and home exercises
* Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner
* Support care transitions and discharge planning
** What We're Looking For
*** Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State (or able to obtain before start date)
* One to two years of experience in physical therapy; home health experience preferred
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
