Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation and well-being of residents.

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.
• Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at‑home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with residents in a post‑acute care setting.

$35-$50 per hour depending on experience and education. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available.
