The Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy.
  • Upon hire:
    Washington Occupational Therapist License.
  • Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Occupational Therapy, Or
  • Ph.D. Occupational Therapy.
  • 1 year Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.
