Odd Fellows is seeking a compassionate Assistant Living Facility Caregiver (PRN) to support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals, and help maintain safety. You will work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director and Nursing staff.
Responsibilities include assisting transfers, measuring vitals monthly, documenting in EMR, reporting changes, and providing feeding assistance in emergencies. Requires Home Care Aide cert within 120 days and CPR/BLS within 30 days.
