American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift role performing both CT and X-ray procedures, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a valid WA state license.

• III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds
• Performs both CT and X-ray procedures during shift
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Night shift, 4x12 hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM with a 30-minute lunch around 11:30 PM
• Sole technologist covering both CT and X-ray after midnight
• No weekend shifts and no on-call requirements
• No floating between units required
• Uses Epic for charting
• Equipment may include GE, Philips, Siemens, or Toshiba systems along with PACS

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• ARRT(CT) and ARRT(R) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Valid compact state license required at time of submission (license required if applicable)
• Epic charting experience required
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Experience with image display and post-processing, including 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction
• Experience with abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies
• Skilled in contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture

• Facility is a Short Term Acute Care, Level III Trauma Center
• Scrubs may be any color
• No parking fees
• Candidates must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays:
  Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront during the application process
• Local candidates may be accepted at a lower bill rate
• Radius requirement of 50 miles for local candidate consideration
• Former Providence permanent employees must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required
• First-time travelers are considered for this position
• May be required to disclose prior work history with Providence facilities as part of the application process
