Job Summary

Occupational Therapist Home Health (OT HH) Located in the home health setting, this position involves providing therapy services to adult patients within their homes. The role requires delivering skilled occupational therapy to promote patient independence and functional recovery in a community-based environment.

Job Details
  • Certifications:

    BLS, NBCOT;
    License must be active and held in Washington or a valid compact license.
  • Education Requirements:

    Relevant occupational therapy degree.
  • Experience Requirements:
    Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled occupational therapy experience (within the last 3 years) in home health; OASIS experience REQUIRED for staff completing Start of Care; proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) REQUIRED; no inpatient experience accepted.
  • Schedule:

    Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications:

    Valid Washington license or a valid compact license, BLS certification, active drivers license with personal transportation, and experience in adult home health care.
  • Additional Information:
    Home health visit grouping minimizes drive and windshield time; occasional travel within a 100-mile radius; documentation tools will be provided and must be accurately completed and returned; timely communication and documentation are mandatory.
  • Submittal Requirements:
    Active license in-hand, submission on Monday orientation day, and RTO (Requested Time Off) submitted at application.
