What You’ll Do

Provide direct patient care in outpatient or hospital settings
Monitor patient vital signs and assist with procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management
Document patient information accurately and timely
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
Support quality improvement initiatives within the department

What You Need
Required:

Valid, unencumbered RN license in Washington or eligible to obtain
CPR certification; ACLS, BLS, PALS optional but preferred
1+ years of related clinical experience preferred

Preferred:

Experience in outpatient clinics, Med Surg, ER, or acute care units
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
