The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the operational activities of the hotel's front desk and ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out, and coordination of hotel services. The individual is responsible for ensuring Front Desk/Guest Services is staffed appropriately by reviewing team member schedules and occupancy projections, handling cash, making change, balancing a house bank, and verifying the house bank at the end of each shift.
Responsibilities- Supervise front desk operations and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate check‑in and check‑out procedures to maximize revenue.
- Ensure proper staffing of front desk through schedule reviews and occupancy projection.
- Handle cash transactions, make change, balance the house bank, and preserve accurate cash accounting at shift end.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
