Operations Manager
Job Summary
This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds work groups responsible for safety, production and attendance. He/She sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides innovative and effective leadership while cultivating functional working relationships with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Responsibilities- Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with departmental, station, corporate, and local requirements.
- Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Implement employee personal development plans to support the continued professional growth of department personnel.
- Provide specific and detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching to support employee development.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent – preferred.
- Management experience – preferred.

Pay RangeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
