Under the direction of the Board of Commissioners, the CEO is responsible for the administration, management, and overall performance of the Walla Walla Housing Authority (WWHA). The CEO will oversee housing programs, properties, finances, operations, employees, contracts, and compliance with Board policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

• Administer and manage all housing programs and services across Walla Walla and Columbia Counties.
• Lead financial management, budgeting, and reporting to ensure fiscal health and compliance with HUD and other regulations.
• Direct operations, personnel, contracts, and property management functions of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, guidelines, and directives related to affordable housing.
• Represent the agency to the Board of Commissioners and in public and community settings.
• Maintain a working knowledge of HUD policies, financing, real‑estate development, construction, and project management.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field (preferred). Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in housing management, housing agency administration, public housing development, housing finance, modernization programs, real‑estate development, property management, or a closely related field.
• Strong executive or senior‑management experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HUD programs, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, budgeting requirements, and development processes.
• Certification as a NAHRO Certified Management Executive, IREM Certified Property Manager, or an equivalent professional certification preferred.
