Location: Tri-Cities, WA | On-Site supporting the South Washington Region (Tri-Cities, Yakima, Moses Lake, Walla Walla, and Hermiston, OR)

Experience: Minimum of five years of marketing experience required, in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.

Travel: Approximately 50% of travel within local and regional areas (mainly day trips).

How You Will Contribute

The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing contact for their assigned regions. This position is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate quality traffic to communities, support sales objectives, while maintaining and upholding corporate branding strategy and image standards.

Responsibilities Include
  • Leadership
    - Creates a collaborative, trust-based environment, prioritizing customer experience, empowering regional marketing teams, fostering individual growth through feedback and training, and achieving established goals.
  • Regional Marketing Management and Execution
    - Works with the marketing team to develop and execute action plans to advance regional sales and marketing and communication objectives. Serves as the primary marketing contact for the entire region, coordinating with field sales personnel and corporate marketing as necessary.
  • Model Home and Brand Management
    - Responsible for overall presentation of community model homes, inventory, and maintains corporate branding standards.
  • Event Management and Sponsor ships
    - Manages community specific event planning, regional events, and identifies sponsorship opportunities for assigned region.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Success in this role will come from the ability to lead and execute with collaboration, creativity, and strong communication while balancing multiple priorities across regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships across teams and communities and bring innovative ideas that elevate customer and community experience. By effectively managing processes, budgets, timelines, and priorities, this individual will drive measurable results in regional traffic and sales performance through successful marketing strategies and delivering consistent operational excellence across the region.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences and strong writing/proofreading skills
    • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision
    • Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals
    • Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of marketing experience required, in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.
    • Field support experience a plus.
How You Will Be Rewarded
