Clinic RN – Physiatry at Providence Health and Services

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care setting, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The role includes care coordination through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, including telehealth services.

This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct visits, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters.

• $3,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program or hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Location: 301 W Poplar St, Walla Walla, WA – St Mary Poplar Medical Complex (On‑site)
Schedule: Full time, Day shift
Pay Range: $38.57 – $59.87 per hour (base pay; additional compensation may be available)
