Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Orthopedic Surgery

Providence St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its growing Orthopedic Surgery team. This is a full‑time role that has a Monday to Friday schedule with a flexible 4.5‑day work week, including 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR, totaling 36 patient‑facing hours. The workflow is designed to be manageable, with clinic days typically running shorter and no inpatient rounding required.

The role includes 60% clinic and 40% first assist.

You’ll work closely with an experienced orthopedic surgeon who enjoys teaching and is committed to providing hands‑on mentorship, making this an excellent opportunity for new graduates. • Compensation is between $138,617 and $187,121 per year
