Role Overview

The Oncology Navigator functions on the multidisciplinary care team as an advocate, interpreter, educator and counselor for Providence St. Mary Medical Regional Cancer Center patients. The Navigator serves as a single point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers to provide resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered within PSMRCC and in the community.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 3 years of hire Oncology Nurse Certified

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certified Nurse in disease specific process

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
