Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab invites applications for a 13‑week Travel RN Cardiac Cath Lab assignment in Walla Walla, Washington.

- Conduct pre‑procedure assessments and physical exams.
- Assist with patient positioning and electrode placement.
- Support physicians during catheter, wire, balloon, stent, and structural heart device placement.
- Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, responding to rhythm changes.
- Assist with arterial/venous sheath removal using closure devices or manual pressure.
- Monitor vitals, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters throughout procedures.
- Provide post‑procedure care and transfer patients to recovery areas.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cath‑lab equipment, ensuring readiness for procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team, patients, families, and physicians.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.
- One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN.
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- PALS or ENPC certifications.
- RCIS certification.
- Other certifications or licenses that may be required.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in English.
- Ability to interpret written instructions and follow verbal directions; basic PC skills.
- Physical: able to remain stationary, move, carry 50‑100 lbs, bend, push, pull.
- Interpersonal: work effectively with diverse personnel; maintain positive attitude and professionalism.
- Technical: fine manipulation, small‑scale movement, and equipment handling during procedures.
- Mental: manage high‑pressure situations, close supervision, irregular schedules, and sustained concentration.
- Sensory: visual acuity and clear communication ability.
