Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab invites applications for a 13‑week Travel RN Cardiac Cath Lab assignment in Walla Walla, Washington.

• Conduct pre‑procedure assessments and physical exams.
• Assist with patient positioning and electrode placement.
• Support physicians during catheter, wire, balloon, stent, and structural heart device placement.
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, responding to rhythm changes.
• Assist with arterial/venous sheath removal using closure devices or manual pressure.
• Monitor vitals, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters throughout procedures.
• Provide post‑procedure care and transfer patients to recovery areas.
• Maintain and troubleshoot cath‑lab equipment, ensuring readiness for procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team, patients, families, and physicians.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.

• One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

• PALS or ENPC certifications.
• RCIS certification.
• Other certifications or licenses that may be required.

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Ability to interpret written instructions and follow verbal directions; basic PC skills.
• Physical: able to remain stationary, move, carry 50‑100 lbs, bend, push, pull.
• Interpersonal: work effectively with diverse personnel; maintain positive attitude and professionalism.
• Technical: fine manipulation, small‑scale movement, and equipment handling during procedures.
• Mental: manage high‑pressure situations, close supervision, irregular schedules, and sustained concentration.
• Sensory: visual acuity and clear communication ability.
