Description

Working under the direction of nursing leadership as a member of the clinical education department, the Associate Nurse Educator supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the competencies of clinical caregivers within Providence Medical Group (PMG) Walla Walla.

• Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years Nursing experience.

• Ambulatory care nursing experience.
• Experience in adult education and adult learning theories.
• Experience in program development and evaluation.

Pay Range: $41.56 - $64.52 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
